Now that I've finished the Princess Half, I want to start to do some more weight training. I have a gym membership, but I'm interested in finding an app for my iPhone that will function like a trainer. Something that will map out for me what machines/weights to use each day. I remember seeing something like that a while back, but can't find it now.
Does anyone here use something like that?
