Does anyone know if a good home design app? I'm specifically hoping to find something that allows you to take a picture of a room and then play with the colors before painting.

It will not allow you to take a picture and change the color, but it does allow you to take a picture of an object and find coordinating colors. I use it all the time when I am looking for good color combos.

I took a picture of a Hibiscus outsite and selected a spot on the image to choose a main color.

It will also give you the RGB color values which you can just enter in a color picker. I use this trick to pick colors for use in photoshop.
