I ordered the 6+ 64gb from AT&T this am and my order status is saying will ship 6/13-6/22

I ordered the iPhone 6 16gb at 7:40am. When the invoice says it will arrive 9/19 I guess that means that it arrives for sale on 9/19 but the fine print says they will ship it out on 9/23. That is a little misleading.

DD pre-ordered hers from Verizon with the cool trade in deal. She's gonna trade in my old 4 for $200. Pretty sweet deal as I doubt I could get $200 anywhere else!

Did she order the 6 or the 6+? I ordered the 6 and was also told I'd get $200 for my trade in (4S), but I've read conflicting info on the deal being good toward the 6+ and not just the 6.

Also, how is the $200 given back to you? can you use it to pay for the new iPhone or is it a Verizon gift card toward accessories or a credit on your bill or what? I've heard all those, so not sure if anyone really knows what the deal is!

I keep reading it's a gift card. You can apply it to your bill or you can buy accessories. But I believe it's also a Visa gift card (in the past, I've got these as a rebate) so you can use it anywhere Visa is accepted

I just ordered a 6 for my son trading his 4 and getting $200 for it, so all we are really paying is $30 upgrade fee and tax if it applies to your state. I just ordered last night they said should receive by 10/7/14 then you put your old phone in a prepaid envelope. He said it takes about two weeks to receive the $200 card which you can apply to your verizon bill or accessories. I also ordered the 6+ for me and will have to pay some $$$ as it is more expensive but will also receive the $200 credit for my 4S. The deal only runs till September 30th.

So if you won't get your new phone til Oct, but the promo is through Sept, do you just have to sign up for the promo/purchase a new phone by Sept 30? Obviously the trade won't be until well

Per Andrew at Verizon after you receive your phone you want to get everything off of it and transfer contacts etc..... and set it back to the factory setting. I myself will probably just go to the Verizon store or Apple store to get this done I believe you have until December 1st to send your old phones back for the $200 credit. If you google Verizon Wireless trade in it will give you the link to see if your phone qualifies and to also you can fill out the questionaire to receive your prepaid envelope.

Who did you order from? I am really irritated at ATTs wording. I think they were intentionally misleading on the dates.

I keep checking my order status to see if the ship date/s have changed but it still says between 9/13-9/22. When I originally placed my order @ 8.19am Est on Friday the web site said ship would be 21-28 business days.

I ordered the 6+ gold 64gb the 16gb was sold out for pre-order. I am wishing now that I ordered the 128gb

AT&T updated my shipping status from 9/23 to 9/17-918. That makes me a lot happier. This is replacing my daughter's iPhone with a smashed front screen. It still works but barely so this new phone can't come fast enough. She doesn't like cases because of the added bulk but I am making her put this one in a case. I think these phones are a thing of beauty but they could be more durable considering my daughters treat them like an extension of their hand.

Agreed about durability. I ordered the Otterbox Commuter with mine. I'm contemplating putting it in a Lifeproof Nuud when they come out. James

How did you order an Otterbox already? They just say they will email you when available for the IPhone 6?
