iPhone 6?

Got mine about 30 minutes ago. Of course this is really my daughters. My phone (4) is the only one eligible for an upgrade but hers is very, very broken. Cut your fingers on the shredded glass broken. I have to wait for her to activate the phone. Maybe if I drop enough hints someone will return the favor at the next contract time and replace my 4.

You are nice to give up your upgrade! A couple of years ago I used my 12yr old's upgrade to get my iPhone and this past year I used my upgrade for him. So when February rolls around and it's technically the upgrade on HIS line, I'll be the one getting the new phone. It's not even an option. LOL

I got mine and I love it! It was simple to switch ( we are going from Att to Verizon) and my stuff transferred off my iPhone 5 with no issues. 10 minutes and I was up and running!

While it would be nice to have a newer phone it is nowhere as essential to me as it is to my daughters. I use it for the most part as a phone, I use my iPad for web browsing and news. For my daughters it is almost an extension of their hand. They always have them in hand and use them for everything. So they get the new/working iPhone and I'll wait.

Did anyone receive a 6 PLUS yet??

I pre-ordered through a B&M Verison store and was told it would be in today or Monday. Now they're saying they only got the 6s and that the 6+ are all backordered and expected sometime in mid-October.

I don't understand all the mystery and confusion. I just want to know when it's going to be here!

One of my colleagues at work got her 6+ this morning. She preordered through Apple. It's big, but still gorgeous! I have small hands, and the 6+ was just too big for me. I'm glad I got the 6, as I was really struggling between the two.

I was at our Verizon store at 7am with the newspaper and a few books. I was 19th in line. It was run really organized and I was impressed but still it took me an hour to get into the store. Probably 40 minutes for a sales person and then the trade in network went down.

The store never got a single plus.

We got our phones and they are quite pretty. I decided to go with the $200 off an iPad and tomorrow we are going back to buy 2 minis for 129.00 for that price I can justify it.

They're now telling me Oct 17... but I'm not holding my breath. The Verison dude suggested I come in and "take a look at the 6" - people seem very happy once they see/feel it in person. I'm going tomorrow, but I've waited so long for the bigger screen, I sort of feel like I should go with the +.

I'm really glad I just went with the 6. I think the 6+ would have been too big for my hands to handle comfortably as a phone. I'm really loving how much faster this one is then my 2 year old Iphone4

DH thought, that he wanted a 6+, until he saw it. I waited in line, approximately 10 minutes, for the 6. Checkout was completed very quickly.

Love, love my new phone. It's the first time EVER...I've been excited over a phone.

Got my 6+ last night, and I'm surprised to say I LOVE it. I'm a woman with small hands and I thought I'd end up trading with DH for a 6 when he gets one, but he's not getting my 6+!

The main thing I like is that the screen is SO big. I rarely use my phone to make calls but text a lot and use the web. It's much easier to see than my 5; using Pinterest on it was awesome. I don't like that it is a very slippery phone (I think bc of the aluminum back and rounded edges), so we've reserved a case at the Apple Store for pickup today).

Which case are you getting? The leather in midnight blue and RED look really nice. I also like the silicon RED one.

DH and I are waiting for our 6 Pluses. It shows a ship date between October 13- 20. But I want it NOW, Daddy (said in best Veruca Salt voice, lol)
