iPad 3 Buyers?

I picked mine up from SAMS club on the way home from work Friday. Surprisingly it was $11 cheaper than the Apple Store.

I ended up getting the black 64G Wifi version which is what a had for my iPad 2. I have tethering on my iPhone, which I don't use very, often so I really wasn't too worried about the LTE version.

My thoughts so far are very positive. The Retina Display is incredible and it is definitely faster. The one thing I'm really liking though is the talk to text feature. I am terrible at typing so this makes it much easier.

There is a very interesting article on the screen resolution of the iPad3 compared to the iPad2 (shown below) and several other devices (not shown below). The photo shows the iPad screens at 80x magnification.

I finally got to see the fiance's 3 last night. Holy resolution Batman! Now I am officially jealous. I don't even have an iPad ... and he has a brand spankin' new one.

In case anyone is worried or wondering about it, the Book Book people are saying that the existing cover will work with the New iPad.
