Will be at Universal for 2 days in June with 4yo DS. Would like to spend 1 day at Seaworld, should we spend the other at IOA or USF? I'm not really big on thrill rides, but love to see entertaining shows and special effects. My DS on the other hand is a roller coaster fanatic but at his age I'm afraid he won't be able to ride the big thrillers like Hulk or Dueling Dragons. What do you suggest?

WITH A 4 YR OLD DS (EVEN ONE WHO DOES LIKE ROLLER COASTERS) I WOULD SAY USF WAS THE BEST PLACE TO GO - THEY HAVE LOTS OF SHOWS AND DEPENDING ON HOW TALL HIS IS THERE MAY BE A FEW RIDES TO SUIT

HOWEVER SW IS ALSO A COOL PLACE TO BE FOR THE SHOWS TOO - IT DEPENDS WHERE YOU ARE STAYING.

MY MONEY WOULD BE ON USF..

WHEREVER YOU END UP JUST HAVE A GREAT TIME:bounce:

I have not been to IO but plan to go over Memorial Day weekend. We always go to Universal. I have a 5 y/o now and when he was 3 1/2 or 4 we went and he rode
everything at Universal. This is one the reasons we always chose this park. SW is wonderful for smaller children also. That was his first vacation when he was 18 months old and he thouroughly enjoyed it then also.

I'll say Universal, and bring a change of cloths.
There is a play area next to a kiddie coaster that has water in it. Everyone gets soaking wet, they have these two buckets that drop water down the side of a house. They have a Barney sing along show near this.
They have a play area for kids where they can climb up on stuff, and at the top is a water slide where you come down in a boat. Your butt gets wet sitting in the boat but it's alot of fun.

The kids will probably be scared of the rides, mine was scared of Kong until she was 9. The heat from Jaws is intense, they'll be scared of that. You'll have to leave them with a partner and go on the simulators.
