IOA/US - morn or aft

OK, here is my fairly specific question. We arrive at RP early Friday 4/25 for 4 days. But, we are meeting another family who are only there for this one day and want to see it all. Is it better to go to IOA in the morn and US in the aft/eve or visa versa. Any opinions appreciated. They will have FOTL also.

I'd say IOA first, then USF.
Alot of USF takes big groups at once, so beat the mid-day crowds for the coasters and such.
Express will help immensely too!
