IOA tree lighting times

Does anyone know what time the tree lighting and other shows will be during Grinchmas? We have one day to do both parks. I'm thinking we should do Universal first, followed by IOA since we want to focus on special Christmas activities. We'll be there Dec. 8 so we'll miss the Macy's parade.

During Grinchmas, tree lighting usually occurs sometime in the evening, around 6 pm or so when it is dark enough.
