ioa abandoned buildings ?

Can anyone tell me what the building (i think maybe a theatre) that is on the left hand side just as you walk up the hiill from Superhero island into Toon land.
the stairs into it are across from the whack a mole.

everytime I have been to the park there have been ropes across the steps so you couldn't approach, so i have no idea what is / was in it.
Does anyone know?

Also does anyonw know what is replacing the Fear factor

That's a stadium type structure that used to house various shows over the years. Nothing has been there for quite a while. I remember a bike stunt show and some tv talk show...I think it was called iVillage or something...but nothing recently.
