Invitation for BBB & CRT needed

I am looking for a Disign for a combined BBB & CRT experience for my daughter's birthday in a few weeks. I have seen several for them separately, but I'm wondering if anyone has something for them both in a single invitation? The reservation is for dinner on August 16th with BBB just before. Her name is Megan and she is turning 9.
