Introducing Audri Jayne-Marie

I've been a (quiet) member if the DIS for so many years that whenever I have a major life event I always feel the need to come share it with you guys. And today is no exception, lol. Our daughter Ashli and son in law Matt have made us grandparents once again! My beautiful granddaughter, Audri Jayne-Marie was born last night. My husband and I are so excited, I've been sewing things and shopping for her for weeks and Grandpa's been paying for all my spending without grumbles which is a clear indication he's thrilled, haha. She's adorable and looks just like her older brother Zan.

Thanks so much everyone! And she is a ginger which thrills me because she is named after my grandmother (Audri's great-great grandmother) and she was a ginger as well. I adored my grandmother and miss her terribly to this day.

My husband just came home from a trip to the hardware store and he had a toy for Zan (they sell toys at hardware stores now?) I was teasing him and said "you spent money on a toy for Zan that he doesn't even need". He answered "yea but you spent money on clothes for Audri that she doesn't even need". I had no answer for that, haha! We're crazy about those two grandbabies.
