Intrest Statement

Good afternoon,

I am not sure if I am in the right place, but I was wondering if we get a mailed intrest stmt mailed to us for DVC? I was nost sure if that info was avail online or how we get it. Also if anyone knows if our annual dues are tax deductable?

If you financed with Disney, yes they will mail you a 1098 showing any mortgage interest paid. We have not received ours yet. Depending on your tax situation, you may be able to deduct the mortgage interest and the property tax portion of the annual dues. You will not receive a tax form showing property tax paid, you would need to use the actual 2009 property tax value from the 2010 dues statement.

You should contact a qualified tax professional to determine if you can deduct either or both of these.
