Intra-WDW Transportation guide?

Is there a place or thread or website or book that will tell me how to get from any park or resort or area to another? For instance, if I want to get to Typhoon Lagoon from my hotel, would I take a bus, or would I take a boat to the MK then the Monorail to the TTC then a bus? Does this make sense??

Overall guidelines:

Buses only from any resort to a water park.

Buses only to DTD (exception: boat transport from Port Orleans is available).

Walk or boat to Epcot and MGM from YC/BC/Swan/Dolphin/Bwalk; buses to other parks.

Monorail to MK/Epcot from Poly, GF, CR (to get to Epcot you switch monorails at the TTC... you can also go directly between Epcot and MK this way).

Boats to MK from Poly, GF, CR, WL, and Ft. Wilderness. Buses to other parks.

Park to park: look for designated bus stop for the park you want.

Resort to resort: take a bus to DTD or a park and transfer to a bus to your desired location!
