Happy New Year! It's starting off good, finally closed on selling our old house after 5 months of jokes with Quicken loans for the buyer but that's another long story, lol.
ETA: Our Nebraska Volleyball team is National Champs! After a bad year of football, our 5-7 football team made a bowl game because of academic achievements and beat UCLA now if our Basketball teams were any good, life would be good. LOL

I was out at dinner last night and the Cotton Bowl was on. I think there are several Fort Friends on here that are very happy with the new year.

The holiday spell I was under is up at midnight. My lazy home days will be over and tomorrow it will be back to the grind. That's the downside to me of New Years break.
