Intimates: More gratuity questions...

Did you or are you planning on giving a gratuity or gift to your musician? Anyone else? We were planning on giving something to our officiant, but what about any others involved?

We did not give gratuity to our violinist, never really thought of it.
We did give both our EM and officient gifts. We also tipped our limo and each of our towncar drivers at the end of the night also.

i read some other posts, but never really got an answer to whether or not to tip the officiant in an intimate or not? Also, in an intimate, how much should you tip the limo driver? They will be making two, maybe three trips for me.
