Intimate Cake, Serves how many?

We're having our intimate at SBP, and having the cake boxed up after the cutting for photos. I know the cake will serve the 18 guests. We're going to have dinner after the ceremony and serve the cake, but there will be more people there, that weren't able to be at the ceremony, probably about 30 people.

Can past brides tell me how many people the standard cake will serve? I don't care about keeping the top tier so that can be served as well.

You should be fine. I have heard that it serves 30 at least.

I cant tell you how many it serves but I had plenty left over with 15 people and I saved my top tier.

We had 7 people and hardly made a dent in the cake that first night. We all continued to eat it for dessert for almost a week, and we still threw out almost the entire top layer. I would say it easily serves 50.

The intimate cake is a 10" under a 6" top tier. the 10" should serve 30, and the 6" will serve 8.

Unless you order your cake without mousse fillings, it will need refrigeration for the time between the reception and your dinner.
