You can find out more about the program before you go. When you get accepted, you'll be able to meet up with people already on the program and arriving to the program around the same time.

If for some reason you get turned down after your first interview go back next time! I first interviewed in February 1997 and got turned down. I was devasted but went to another interview in September 1997 and was hired!

This would be my third time interviewing for the IP. First time was in the Fall of 2000. Too many qualified applicants and that was right when Cast-A-Way took over the prescreening process for Disney, so I was invited to the interviews in April 2001 without applying again. Didn't get accepted then, so I just left it. My best friend had passed away 2 weeks before the April interviews, so I doubt I was at my best during that interview. Probably explains why I didn't get accepted. This summer, just decided to apply again. Don't know exactly why it took me so long to reapply, but I guess it's just the right time for me.
