So the interview went really well. The woman I spoke with was great and I was there for over an hour. I think they want to hire me directly with them as a recruiter instead of placing me somewhere I am supposed to get a call from her today or tomorrow.

Congrats! I think it's great that the temp agency wants you to work for them instead of placing you somewhere. You must have impressed them!
