My favorite character is Tigger--he's just so much fun (reminds me of our youngest son--a little hyper).

It seems silly, I know, but my favorite dessert choice is the Kaki Gori Shaved Ice in Japan. I know there are so many wonderful desserts at WDW - but I just really love that rainbow combo!

How important is your choice of resort when staying at Disney?

We will be checking in on January 3, just coming off our DCL New Years Eve Cruise.

when using EMH's, what is your plan for the day. Late arrival to park, early arrival thru EMH's ? Early arrival, mid day break, return for EMH's ?

We like to do early EMH (late in our stay we start doing afternoons breaks we are tired by then) and then leave when park closes.

How important is your choice of resort when staying at Disney?

It's very important to us. It's the first thing we think about when getting ready to book a trip. Location on property is our first priority.

Do you have certain restaurants that you have to eat at every time you are at the World and what are they.

Ohana!!!! We go there every time we go to WDW!!!

Do you go to a certain park on your first day as a tradition? Which one?

The first full day, we always go to MK. The evening we arrive, though, we typically go to Epcot. This last time, we closed Epcot and went to DHS for evening EMH.

Do you always plan out every meal with ADRs or do you wing some of it?

90% of the time we just wing it, as far as meals go - but then, when my friends and I go we usually just get Counter Service meals. Such is the way of the college student. The only time we ever make ADRs is if we're going to a sit-in restaurant, which is almost always for a birthday or other special occasion. And even then, sometimes we just wing it!

... Wow, that was a bit of a drawn-out answer with no solid conclusion. Sorry!!

Which resort do you prefer: The Polynesian or The Contemporary?

Both are great .. but I am going to have to go with the Polynesian. It is beautiful atmosphere and very magical feeling. The rooms in the Contemporary are awesome, but it just feels cold and stark .. to concrete-y (new word!) on the outside. It lacks the magic that the Polynesian has.



What is your favorite beverage at Disney ?

Water! We go in the summer so it's usually pretty warm.

Old Key West....in 33 days! Spent our Disneymoon there after our small Disney Wedding...now it's time for an Anniversary trip!!!!!


Are you a "Park Commando" or do you spend a lot of time at the Resort?

I spend almost all my time at the parks, from opening to closing. I am only at the resort for breakfast and sleeping haha.


Do you always make some reservations for dinning before you go to WDW or do you just play it by ear when you are there?

We play it by ear. We are never sure of what we will want.
