No kids, so haven't done it.

Regardless of the current economy, what keeps you going back to WDW?

We keep going back to Disney because it is a week to ten days to forget all of our troubles at home and in the world. This trip it helped me to heal a little after my dad died a week before our trip.

What is your favorite store at Downtown Disney?

Once Upon at Toy - I just love those oversized toys and pieces throughout the building

What is your favorite non-parks recreational activity at WDW?

Spending time at the pool or shopping.

Do you have something special that you do the last full day you are at the World. If you do, what is it that you do.

Last year we spent the last day at the Magic Kingdom - I think it is necessary to spend the last day at MK. But we ended our time with a Dole Whip. From these boards I started learning about them. I even asked a friend of mine what it was. On our last day, we stopped and had one. Mostly we enjoyed the idea of it. Many DISers love to go on and on about them. But my family and I sat on a bench in Adventureland talking about the great week we had. It made leaving the park okay...... I think we might do that again on this trip.

What would you do??? We have dinner reservations at Liberty Tree Tavern at 5:45 on New Year's Eve. Keep them even though it might be crazy crowded at the park, or go to Epcot, eat counter service and enjoy more space?

Happy Belated Birthday! pixiedust: Mine is November 9.

What is that one souvie that you have to purchase on every trip?

/
A pin of the hotel we are staying at.

Do you get up early to hit the parks at rope drop, or do you stay up all night and close down the parks?

we do both @Christmas we do EMH @ nite more often..

What is your least favorite attraction and why?

Stitch's Great Escape - I think the name is so misleading #1 - it's not great IMO at all!!! Oh well, you've got sample it at least once.

What "new" or "special thing" are you planning for your next WDW trip?

We are planning to take the Sunrise Safari Tour at AK on our next trip

INTERVIEW: do you plan your table service meals each day or just wing it and hope for the best.

I plan our TS meals each day- after not getting in some restaurants on one trips due to lack of ADRs, I learned my lesson...

What is your favorite non-park thing to do at WDW?

Hoop-Dee-Doo. Its corny, I love it and so do my kids.

Have you been to the Hoop-Dee-Do Revue?

Yes I have been several times. As a matter of fact, more times than I can count. We used to make it a point to go on every trip. We love this show. It's so corny, but we laugh just as hard every time.

Have you been to the Spirit Of Aloha and did you like the food?

Went to Spirit of Aloha on our last trip in Aug, and especially liked the bread there. I asked for and received the bread recipe and made it and it turned out very well. The dinner was very good, and the dessert was ok.

Have you ever visited during the flower and garden festival, and if so, what did you like the best about it?

I have. I love how beautiful everything is at that time. I think my favorite thing had to be the bunches Impatiens floating in the water between Future World and World Showcase.

What is the first thing you always do after checking in on your trip to WDW?

It's silly but I jump around the room and bounce on the bed. After my thrill dance we usually go check out the gift shops or eat. :goodvibes

Pss..I also wiggle around in the car with excitement the whole way there :mickeyjum

What's your favorite character dining restaurant and why?

Crystal Palace : Early park entry, beautiful location, great characters, decent food.

If you could only go on one ride in each park, which ones would you choose?

My Favorites by far

Epcot - Test Track
MK - Pirates of Caribbean
DHS - Tower of Terror
AK - Expedition Everest

What was your most magical (and unforgettable) experience at WDW?

It was the 70's and watching my dad (who never dances) with my little sister, like 3, because it was so early and we were the only people in Frontierland. He was dancing to the corny cowboy music. I swear Disney is still playing that music and when I hear it, it brings me back.

How many refillable resort mugs do you have?
