RESORT: A stripped-down hotel with zero amenities; no bell service, no pools, no food courts, nada. Call the new category the "Express" category. Still offer the amenities of staying on-site, but offer prices in the $40 range-- on par with what budget travellers can find in Kissimmee. As for theming: call it "Happy Holidays Court," and theme each building to a holiday: Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Fourth of July, etc.
PARK: I'd go full steam ahead on the oft-rumored "Dark Shadows," a theme park based entirely on villains. It would be the opposite of the Magic Kingdom. Rides would be more aggressive (on par with what Universal or Six Flags might offer) and would be "darker." Instead of
MNSSHP they could have a darker and more scary party on par with Universal's Halloween Horror Nights. The centerpiece castle of the park would be something dark and foreboding. Main Street, USA, could be like a 1930's-era back alley. Instead of Adventureland there could be the "Haunted Forest," with rides themed on the Tarzan or Robin Hood villains. Etc etc etc.
RESTAURANT: All sushi, all the time. 'Nuff said.
