I have pine garland with pine cones and lights on my mantle. Some lighted figures in the windows along with single candles in each window. I have assorted little figurines all over and a collection of Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer dolls from CVS. It's kind of a mix of stuff.

If you had to spend a week in a not-so-popular (non-touristy) city in another state, where would you go and why?

I'd go to Port St. Lucie, FL, to visit our son and his family.

What would be your ideal New Year's Eve celebration?

At WDW. sitting on the balcony of my monorail resort (I don't even care which one), watching the fireworks and sipping a really awesome drink. It sounds so good, I'm salivating - LOL.

Would you say you're closer to an insomniac or a heavy duty sleeper?

I flip-flip between the two. Last week I was up at 3am nearly every morning. This week I'm sleeping late.

(BTW, your ideal New Year's Eve sounds just like mine - except that I'd be at the Fort.)

Do you like to go on cruises? And, if so, what's your favorite itinerary?

love cruises.....so far, Alaska is my favorite destination....love the glaciers

Do you go around looking at holiday lights in different neighborhoods or at malls?

 

[CCIntrigue]

Yes, in different neighborhoods.

I love cruises too. But I like the warm weather cruises. My favorite so far is the Southern Caribbean.

Do you have children who live hundreds of miles away from you?

yes, one is about 300 miles, the other about 1200 miles.

When is the last time you moved?

 

[CCIntrigue]

Over 30 years ago, but contemplating downsizing in the next few years.

Do you have grandchildren?

no...not yet

How many children, grandchildren and pets do you have?

 

[CCIntrigue]

Three children, five (soon to be 6) grandchildren, all boys, one pet.

What's your favorite WDW park?

What kind of car do you drive?

2007 Saturn ION, I really like it.

Describe a vacation you took when you had really bad weather.

Not the whole vacation, but several days of a lot of rain.
Dec. 2002, WDW.....got rained out of MVMCP and poured for Candle Light Processional.

What is your favorite breakfast?

A big plate of thick, chewy bacon.

What's your favorite country you've visited (other than the US)?

Well, the only other country I've ever been in is Canada, so I guess that wins.

Have you ever owned a stapler that NEVER jammed?

Yes, current one - and I'm gonna hang onto it!

Have you ever stapled your finger?

Ouch! Yes and it's no picnic!
