We pick at the leftovers (yummy), play board games, and just spend time together as an extended family!

Sitting home after flying from AZ....watching TV and plan to go to bed early. I am so tired!!

When do you put up your Christmas tree, if you do?

Usually on Thanksgiving day or the day before, but since we have an artifical tree now, it had gone up a few days before Thanksgiving.

Right now, I have a big flag, icicle lights, snowflake pick lights, wreath, and a small window decal. I need to get the rest of my Christmas decorations up next week.

What family Christmas traditions do you have?

Opening gifts with my parents on Christmas Eve. My dad's dad died when he was 9 and that's what they used to do, so it's kind of important to him that we continue that year after year. I also buy my husband chocolate covered cherries every year - I think he would flip if I missed a year.

Describe one of your favorite ornaments or decorations.

I have so many wonderful ornaments and decorations.
I guess the ornaments that we gave each kid every year that represents something about them. Same with the village buildings. We game them each one a year that had something to do with something in their lives that year.

(DD gives DS chocolate covered cherries every year too She insists on it)
