I would not take my kids out..............mine are grown now, but I think the most they ever missed was one day.
If I were to, I would get the work from the teacher and they would have to do it while we were gone.

What year was your first trip...........and what was the most memorable part of it?

I've not been at a time I would call my least favorite, so I'll speculate and say Christmas week would not be my cup of tea. I'm totally spoiled with slower times and would flip out at that kind of crowd.

Have you/would you take your kids out of school for a trip to WDW? If so, would you do anything differently during that vacation to make it more educational?

I have, and am going to again this year. I have never had any trouble with it (He is currently 8 if that makes a difference.) I think it depends on the school and the kid if it's right for each individual situation. We didn't do anything extra, per se, but one year his teacher asked him to journal each day, which was kind of fun.

Do you have a lot of Disney incorporated into your home?

Woo-hhoo! Two questions to answer!!

My first trip was in 1973, when I was three years old. The most positive memories I have from that trip are stopping right after we got into Florida to write my name in the sand, having my picture taken in front of the Main St train station (which I duplicated with my DS when he was 3), and the Tomorrowland Speedway. Probably my strongest memory though wasn't a strong one.....we were only there for one day and it was raining a lot of the time so Dumbo was closed. Totally traumatic to my three year old self!

We don't have a ton of Disney stuff incorporated into our home. We have pics of the DSs with Mickey displayed in a couple of places, a Mickey trivet in the kitchen so I see him everyday when I make coffee, our favorite bottle opener is the Mickey one, and of course the boys have tons of Disney stuffed animals around.

Do you pack exactly enough clothes for your WDW trips, take fewer clothing items than needed and plan to do laundry, or take fewer clothing items and plan to buy new souvies to wear?

I take more clothes than needed.............sometimes they just don't feel or fit right I usually buy a shirt (or 2) also.

Have you been on a Disney cruise? If, so where did you go? If not, which one would you like to go on?

I haven't been on one and am desperately trying to convince DH to give it a try. (Not easy.) I'd LOVE to go on the Mediterranean cruise, but I don't think that's a realistic dream at present. I'm hoping to get DH to do the 3-4 day Bahamas cruise, based solely on the length of cruise and my possibility of getting him to agree. Ideally, though, I'd do the Eastern Caribbean cruise.

Similarly, have you been on a Disney cruise, and if so, what good points can I bring up with DH to convince him to give it a go?

I did long ones. Panama Canal and Transatlantic..........they were wonderful.
This one is Western Caribbean on the Fantasy. Can't wait.
I can't think of any bad points.........everything was exceptional

How about an Adventure By Disney trip?? Have you done one? Which, and if not, which would you like to do?

I have not but I'd like to do the Nights and Lights tour.

If you were to work for Disney, what job would you want to do?

I would like to be a planning agent or work behind the scenes somewhere. I have a Journalism degree so maybe I could write for the Walt Disney Company or something to that nature.

What is the one thing you are planning on doing on your next trip that you are really excited about?

hmmmm.....other than just being there, I guess staying at BLT (hopefully) for the first time

What is your favorite and least favorite attraction in each park?

MK.....Favorite - People Mover, Least Favorite - Stitch
EPCOT.....Favorite - Soarin', Least Favorite - Mission:Space Orange (but I like green)
DHS.....Favorite - ToT, Least Favorite - Star Tours (can't do simulators)
AK.....Favorite - EE, Least Favorite - EE (as I've gotten older, it doesn't agree with me very much.....so sad)

Favorite photo spot in WDW?

The castle is such a classic! I like to look at our castle pictures over the year and see how we changed! Imagine what it will be when we'll have kids!

What is your favorite food experience at WDW?

Breakfast at Crystal Palace.....love the food, love the service, love the atmosphere, love the characters. I'm a simple girl!

If I could beam you to any single spot at WDW right now, where would you want to go? Doesn't necessarily have to be your favorite attraction or place, just what would make you happy at this moment. Why?

The Magic Kingdom, because I find it's one place where I can be and there's nothing (work etc) that can get at me.

If you could dine in ANY attraction in Disney, which one would it be and why?

Haunted Mansion...............would love to sit in the dining room and enjoy the atmosphere

Super tough toss up between caramel apple pie at Whispering Canyon and bananas foster bread pudding at 'Ohana.

When helping people with their trips, do you recommend Park Hopper, or not, and why?

Yes, always. Because it is nice to have the option to switch parks, especially in regards to Extra Magic Hours. Plus say you start your day at Animal Kingdom and they close at 5pm, it's nice to just be able to jump over and finish up the night at MK or one of the other parks.

If you have a DD would you consider buying a few different princess costumes and matching her up to when you are going to meet certain princesses? Say have her wear an Ariel costume when getting ready to meet Ariel??

I do have a daughter, and yes we do this. She loves it and the characters have a good time with it too!

If by drink, you mean an adult one, then the answer is Grand Marnier Slush in France. I'd have to say though that the jambo juice at Tusker House is in a near dead heat. I could drink buckets of that stuff!
