Had a call from DVC last night who had found us two weeks in Malaga this summer for Sunterra Royal Oasis. Just need to find some cheap flights now....

Was very pleased to get teh weeks as I didn't think anything in prime holiday time would ever come in.

That's brilliant news! We are on the wait list for Arizona and Portugal for 2006.......and no luck yet so keep your fingers crossed! Did you get an instant match? Do you know much about the resort?! Tell us more!

There was no instant match, we asked for any Spain or Portugal and we phoned last summer, so it can take a while.

I couldn't believe we got 2 consecutive weeks, that was the surprise as they said that normally you only get the 7 days.

Don't know much about the resort, I did have a look at the Sunterra site and it looks ok, it has pools, gym etc and is about 10kms from Malaga.
Will let you know more when I return in teh summer.
They did say that there would be "minor" building works, so whether thats why someone has put it in the exchange I am not sure.

Just glad we got it, just got to book DLP for October half term now, these points soon go don't they, may need to add on whilst the dollar rate holds firm......

We have put in for Oct 05, April 06 and July and August 06 for either SPain, Portugal, Arizona........soon to add on Palm Springs and Hilton Head!!!!

We got a match!!!!!!
We got a call from member services to say we have got the Four Seasons Fairways resort in Portugal for October half term this year! Not only that, but they have designated us a three bedroom, three bath villa with private swimming pool......for the price of a 2 bed in points! Yipee!!!!!!! Will report when I return!

Still have a search out for Summer of next year for Arizona, Palm Springs and Hilton Head!
