If you are currently enrolled in a college or university, there is a semester long program called the Disney College Program.

There are also opportunities called Professional Internships which are also close to a semester long. These are more major specific or career oriented and are highly competitive. Most say the best way to get into a PI (professional internship) is to do the DCP first, then apply for a PI afterwards.
