internet speeds at BLT

Has anyone successfully streamed anything using a roku? Also was BLT ever hardwired for internet, I know DVC used to only have internet ports before WiFi became available

no hardwire. we have streamed netflix and hulu in the room with no issues. due to the nature of current wireless technologies as a whole, you will get varying reviews of internet speeds even at the same resort (maybe same room on a different day_. i will note that recently i have noticed less complaints about disneys wireless on here.

BLT was originally hard wired, however, like the other resorts, they have disconnected those ports and are wifi only.

The wifi is throttled in the rooms to 3Mbps at best. Many times, you cannot get close to that.

Streaming movies are probably not going to be good on a regular basis.

Don't bother, since ditching the hard wiring and going to the new vendor, internet speeds at all of the resorts don't support a great connection.

The number of connected devices has blown up, every family member needs a internet connection and MDE has added to the load.

Yes, this was highly problematic last week with it being impossible to get onto MDE to do alterations or bookings!
