Hello again!! We are staying at the THV in May, and was wondering if we can use a wireless router for laptops that are brought, we might have 2 in the whole party, and was wanting to upload pictures at night and such. Didn't want to hook up my laptop, then have my niece come in and have to hook up hers and such. I think her DH may bring his too!!! :scared1: yea, we gotta keep connected!!! LOL I just don't want my pictures to over-run the camera like they do EVERY trip!!! :)

I've successfully used a wireless router at THV to allow the whole party to be connected. Many of us have a small travel router in our Owners Lockers just for the convenience of setting up a wireless network for one net-book or PC. It shouldn't be a problem for you.

All you need to do is bring a wireless router. That could be the one you have at home or preferably, a pocket wireless router used for travel, such Apple's airport express, DLink's pocket wirelesas router, many others. Key is to set up router at home so that it communicates with computers and has any desired security so you don't have to deal with set up when you arrive. All you do is plug them into the electrical socket next to where the room's ethernet hook-up is and plug them into the ethernet socket with an ethernet cord and if you have set them up at home, you should immediately get wireless interent access.

Awesome!!! Thanks!! We'll look for a small one to take with us. We do have one here at home, and we'll make sure our niece and her DH are hooked into it before we go. :)
