If you book cash through member services, you get free internet. Cash through CRO, you pay.

If you are staying on a points reservation or a cash reservation through MS at a DVC resort, you get free internet. If you made the same points reservation through MS but at a non-DVC resort, you don't get free internet (just like you can't pool hop). And if you make a cash reservation through DRC, you don't get free internet and cannot pool hop.
