internet check-in

In December we were at BWV and they moved us because of a problem with the ventilation system at Big River Grill. We had to check out and back in again. We never got the room ready call. Around 5:30 I went to the Front Desk to see what was going on. They told me that the room was ready at 2:00. I asked why we weren't called and the CM told me that the system won't call if you have a room change. :sad2:

At Kidani in February we never got the call. We were told that the CM didn't code our reservation correctly.

We too never received that call saying our room was ready. We arrived at BCV at 11AM and were told we would receive a text when our room was ready. At around 4:30 after not hearing anything we went back to the hotel and were told our room was ready at noon! They just said the text message failed.:confused3
 
anyone having trouble with online checkin this morning? I've never had a problem before.. :confused::sad2::guilty::sad1:
