Internet charges at DVC resorts

Does this mean that if you are a DVC owner you will not have to pay for internet?

Daily Internet charge to be discontinued effective May 4, 2008
Based on Member feedback, the daily charge for wired high-speed Internet access for Members staying at Disney Vacation Club Resorts at the Walt Disney World® Resort will be discontinued effective May 4, 2008. Guests renting Disney Vacation Club accommodations will continue to pay the daily rate for access, and high-speed Internet access charges still apply to Members staying at non-Disney Vacation Club Resorts.

I was just there 2 weeks ago and if you are DVC and staying on points, you will not be charged for the internet even tho the screen says it's a $9.95 charge added to your room. Not sure if you're staying on cash, what happens then.

Just watch your bill at check out. We stayed for 12 days and one day of internet use (out of 12) showed up on the bill. Once the error was pointed out at the front desk, it was removed. I have heard that it has happened to others as well.
