Internet at Vero

Last December, when I was there, there were two options...

1) Use my laptop to dial up to the local ISP from my room... If the number was local, there was no charge..

2) Use the business traveler's PC right off of the main lobby... Usually no one is using it, and all you should have to do is ask someone at the main desk to log in for you... I believe it was Windows 2000, and had the major ISP clients on it such as AOL, Compuserve, etc...

1 PC (total) for the lobby, really doesn't help very much. I will bring lap top from now on.
Has anyone heard if VB will get high speed access like the other WDW resorts have now?

I'm sure they can't but all they have to do is call the cable company down the street and they could have a cable modem hooked up to that 1 little computer in the lobby and make a lot of people happy.

I wonder if they have to use the same company as WDW does.
:scratchin

I would be glad to go down to VB and research this issue further.:teeth:
