Internet at parks

Two years ago I remember there being free internet acess at Epcot. Is it still there? Is there any other places?

I won't be going to Disney Quest this trip. Is there anywhere else?

Not that I am aware of. Went looking after the hurricanes knocked out our power and didn't find any place in the parks to check email.
