Internet Access

While in Disney at the end of March I have to stay work on my online graduate courses. I am bringing my labtop with me. What is the best way to do this? I know I can connect in my room with a access number but I'm afraid that will be super slow. Are there any hot spots in Disney World? Has anyone gone to the Contempory. I think they have wireless access for $10 a day. We are staying at WL so heading over there to do my work would be no big deal. I would love to hear the experience anyone has had using the labtop at WDW.

I read on a different thread that it closes at 6pm. I was checking for DH on AKL for our trip in June, but it looks like he'll have to use dial up at AKL.

We stayed in VWL last Oct, and they have a high speed connection. My DH always has to work while we are on vacation, and had no problem at all.

I'd love to know the answer to this question also. I'll be staying at the CR in April and I'm debating whether I should take my laptop.

I sure hope you have better luck than I did. I also take college courses online and do to not being able to connect some of my assignments were late. We stayed at POFQ which has dial up service only. I tried both a local service and my regular service which is long distance and was never able to connect.

I will have to go to one of these locations since I will have some Masters work to turn in while at WDW. I don't plan on being online long, just long enough to turn in the work.
