Internet Access At POP

Does anyone know what the surcharge is for internet access?? Also is there anywhere on property thats wifi??

It is 9.95 per 24 hours and is wired access. I used it last week and its a bit unreliable at times. It seems to go down a lot, but worked ok for getting emails and checking some work stuff quickly.

Am I correct in assuming that if I have Juno and can find a local access number, I can use dial up for free?
