Internet Access at Old Key West Resort?

We will be staying at the Old Key West Resort for a week; having obtained that week stay through Interval International.

I will not have a laptop - how can I get internet access? What are the costs, of such access?

Someone in our group will join us midweek - she will have a laptop - can one use a laptop in the resort, and in general in the WDW area?

PS-The web site does not give PC computer rental rates.
PPS-Therefore, no PC rentals can be made at this DVC resort?

That's correct. I don't think you can rent computer time at OKW. However, there are business centers around WDW (maybe Coronado Springs or BW or Contemporary Resort, since they have convention centers).

1. What are the computer rental rates, in those business centers?

2, Are there internet cafes near Walt Disney World - presumably their rates would be somewhat cheaper than those at the WDW resort business centers?
