International Parks open simultaneously on "One More Disney Day"

I thought this is really cool so I want to share it in this board. Forgive me for quoting myself:

Hi,

There are currently 5 Disney Resorts around the world:

1. Anaheim, California
2. Orlando, Florida
3. Tokyo, Japan
4. Paris, France
5. Hong Kong, China

(with an additional resort in Shanghai currently under construction)


With the "One Extra Disney Day" on February 29th in America, this brings us something that, as far as I am aware of, never happened in world history before:

All of those 5 "Magic Kingdom type" parks across the globe are going to be operating at the same time!!!

Now isn't that magical?? If my calculations are correct all those 5 parks will be open from 09:00-11:00h UTC (Universal Time Code) on March 1st 2012.




In detail:

1am - 3am PST (Pacific Standard Time) Disneyland in California will be still open as part of the "One More Disney Day" event.

meanwhile:

4am - 6am EST (Eastern Standard Time) the Magic Kingdom in Florida will be open for the final two hours of the "One More Disney Day" event.

meanwhile:

10am - 12pm CET (Central European Time) Disneyland Park Paris in France will just have been opened for a new standard operating day.

meanwhile:

5pm - 7pm HKT (Hong Kong Time) Hongkong Disneyland will be in the middle of the afternoon on a standard operating day.

meanwhile:

6pm - 8pm JST (Japan Standard Time) Tokyo Disneyland will be open in the evening for a standard operating day.


This means that during a period of 2 hours on March 1st, well over 100,000 people from all over the world will be having fun in each of the 5 Disney resorts in 4 different countries on 3 continents at the same time!!

Now imagine how many people will be riding It's A Small World all across the world during that time . If the Disney event managers were as clever as me, they'd celebrate this with a life video conference between the 5 parks, promote it heavily in the media and make it available online for all fans on this planet.
I think for this idea alone they should hire me .

If I could I'd hire you!! That is really cool that all five parks will be open at once. I never really thought about it like that.... or that the parks never were open together.
