International Gateway

Hi all,

Now that I know that I'm staying at the Beach Club thanks to the POFQ closing, I have a question for you Beach Club vets. What time does the International Gateway open? I'm doing the Undiscovered Future World tour, and have to be at guest relations near Spaceship Earth by 8:45. Can I get in early enough to get there?

It doesn't open until the front entrance opens, which is generally 9:00am. Plus it would take at least 15 minutes to walk through Epcot and out the front from that point.

You can take a cab for about $4 plus tip, which would be my suggestion.

Just as an FYI, I've taken a half dozen WDW tours. They pretty much leave on time, and I've seen them leave without people who were registered.

I would talk to someone at the guest relations counter in the lobby at the Beach Club. There should be a way to get there.

We have gotten to the IG about 40 minutes before opening, and someone let us right in for the Breakfast in Norway.

They just checked our names on a list, and we were in. I would call the BC front desk and ask. Since you are on a tour, I would think that you would have the same situation.

It was great walking through UK and Canada! We had them all to ourselves!

I just took a tour last week and we entered the gateway at 8:30 and that was plenty of time to get up front. You shouldn't have a problem at all. Have FUN!
