I have a ticket I need to upgrade to a 5 day hopper pass. I am staying at the Dolphin. Can I do this at the International Gateway entrance or do I need to go all the way to the front of Epcot?

I don't see why you couldn't do it there, it is a guest relations booth - just smaller than the one in the front of the park

There is also a Disney Guest Services Desk at the Dolphin and the Swan.

The Dolphin's Disney Ticket Desk is located adjacent to the Front Desk of the Dolphin with the Car Rental Desks.

We changed our Give a Day voucher at the window at the International Gateway in March to an annual pass...no problem

Absolutely. One of the two IG booths act as a full service Guest Relations - the only thing you can't do there is get the Premiere Passport (only the front gate GR has the printer for that at Epcot). The other booth is the Will Call booth. If only one is open, it is both.

While you can purchase tickets at the Dolphin, I don't know if they (or any WDW resort) can upgrade tickets. I would just go to the International Gateway to do that.

I am just so glad I don't have to go to the front of the park - can you imagine how much time that would take out of my day.
