For those coming across this post in 2022 and looking for the answer to 'Does DCL offer interline rates?' the answer is YES. But not even Disney reservation cm's knows when or which sailings they are. It is usually offered on short notice usually within a month to 3 months before sailings offered and it is limited so you should book when you see it. The CM can search to see if any sailings are being offered at those rates or you can google those rates to find the Interline Agencies that list prices and dates. Usually it is a navigators verandah cat 7A or limited view in VGT guarantee verandah room. But it is at their discretion where they put you in that cat. You do not choose your room or deck.
If you go to the interline websites and see the same price Disney is offering, it means there isn't an interline rate offered or that rate is sold out.
We have sailed on interline rates with DCL. One just last month. So just check often and be flexible with your dates. It is worth it! Keep in mind the rate is non refundable as you pay in full upfront incl tax/gratuity at booking. (Unless covid rules come into play then you have same offer to cancel as all passengers)
