They've been somewhat rare, but I have seen them. This summer was the first time I've ever noticed a summertime Interline discount from Disney.
Also, as a note, my experience has been the free flying passes don't work so well for flying to your cruise embarkation point. The airlines flying to the port airports are simply too busy right before and right after cruise days.

EDIT: For an inside stateroom, these prices don't strike me as all that great. The "govt fees and taxes" from my March 4 day cruise were about $129 per person. 349 + 129 = 527 which is greater than the cat. 11 price offered by allseastravel.com. However, the discount on a oceanview or balcony room seems to be better. Allseastravels.com for a 4 day balcony is around $800-$900 per person.
