This has been discussed already on The DIS. My impression is that the folks who put up this blog have cased it in such a way as to appear more authoritative than it really is. It is surely not sponsored or fostered by Disney or Pixar in any way, and at best, reflects the perspectives of a very small segment of employees or employee-wannabees.
