Very interesting article with a lot of background information as well as information on what has happened thus far in this lawsuit. The view is a lot murkier than I at first expected as far as who is in the right here. I suppose the largest point of contention is what Jefferd's had agreed to and why the Slesinger Inc. waited for him to pass away before bringing up this agreement which was not part of the official, signed document.
Any way you slice this one, I think it is all based on greed in my opinion and I don't think there are any innocent parties involved with this.
