Hello all,

What is your experience communicating with Disney regarding your wedding planning via internet methods? That is going to be our primary source to contact disney throughout the planning process. I want to make sure that Disney is good at providing visual items via internet for us the choose items.

Thanks.

Yeppers!

We've been able to get there quite a bit for the planning. We have made a point to check the Southwest Airlines (despite how much I hate them!) shcedules and pricing 6-8 weeks in advance. We've been able to get there for about $100 per person two or three times. Annual passes help with securing cheap rates at the All-Stars. You might be surprised how much you can get there!

I have changed my floral around a few times. For me, the floral was very, very important. Each time, she was able to send me photos and ideas via email. Plus, if I found something I liked, I was able to send them to her for feedback on pricing, choices, changes, etc.

We had a problem about 10 days ago and changed the location of our rehearsal dinner. I have always gotten the menus and other necessary information in a timely fashion. But, you must remember your planners are people, too. They have lives, vacation time, and other brides they're taking care of. They're doing their very best for you even when they may not be giving you the exact answers you want to hear.

There are also on-line tools that can be found on www.theknot.com, www.theweddingchannel.com, www.yourfairytale.com, etc, just to name a few.

xoxo

Disney is pretty good about communicating by internet just be aware that the response may be slow if they are very busy with weddings. Get your wedding planners assistants email too as they are a good resource that my have a quicker response time.

I think they're pretty good, but I think it depends on the person. My coordinator has been wonderful so far in her responses!! But I tried emailing my floral design coordinator a few questions and haven't heard back from her in a few weeks, so I think I'll have to set up an appointment to call and talk to her.

When you're just starting the planning process, their responses can be as slow as molasses. Once you sign all your contracts and send in the deposits, things tend to pick up speed.
