Interactive fountains at POR???

I was just reading in Birnbaum's WDW travel book, and I came across a paragraph that talks about the island with the pool at POR and it mentions a fun interactive fountain for the kids. This is the first I hear of this. Can anyone elaborate on what this fountain is? Is it like the one they have at POP? Thanks for the clarification
