insurance ??

I am looking to purchase insurance for my cruise in December. I went to the web site insuremytrip.com that I heard about on this forum. I was wondering if any one has purchased insurance for the travelex company and did you file a claim. How would you rate this company? Thanks for the help.

I have purchased the Travelex Lite. Great rate and good coverage for what we needed. Did not need to file a claim, but they were great to deal with when contacted on the phone. Will probably use them again in the future. Would rate them 8-9 on a scale of 1-10 for price, service and coverage, but as said before luckily I did not have to file a claim.
