I belong to a couple of FB Instant Pot groups, and have made a couple of observations:
One, it's much better as a pressure cooker than as a slow cooker - use it to make things quickly!
Two, one of the best sites out there for IP recipes is This Old Gal's https://thisoldgal.com/category/pressurecooking/
Three, it works much better if you take it out of the box. I still need to do that. =)
