Do you have weird neighbors? I have several... right across the street from me is a 70+ yearold and her 80+ DH who have spent three years building a house, it's completely undone on the inside, just studs, yet they spend every day there, from 8 in the morning until well after dark. They have a generator, I don't know what they do over there but working on the house isn't one of them. They have managed to pi** off every sub contractor they have ever hired. She is strange, strange, strange.................
it's funny, you'd think the worst neighbors in this 55 home development would be the two rappers from triple 6 mafia...but they are among the best ones!

we have a neighbor who cut down a bunch of our things in our yard. There was a tree hanging over onto her yard, and it had poison ivy on it, she asked last summer right before my family left for 3 weeks of vacation (a one week family reunion that we all were all at, and then I went straight to camp, including the weekends for the next two weeks and the rest of my family went to the beach for two weeks) if she could have someone come in and spray and kill the poison ivy, my Mom said no problem, we all came back and it turned out she had the tree removed and tore out all the grass and everything else in this rather large (at least 5 by 20, probably bigger) rectangular section around where the tree had been (the back of the property) and planted flowers and things of hers. My Mom went up to her and told her that she couldn't do that, it was our property, so the neighbor had a surveyor come who indeed said it was ours and she tore everything out, leaving it totally bare and even without grass or anything, and she shut the door on my Mom's face when she told her she had to at least pay to put new grass in.

We have great neighbors. I hope none of them ever move or die.

Weird neighbors- I've had a few!

One was using indoor furniture (sofa, kitchen chairs, etc) for OUTSIDE furniture on the front lawn! What an eyesore!

During the 70's , there was a guy on my street who was being investigated by the FBI because he made threats to the President. They found weapons, news articles, letters to the White House and so forth. And yes, he was one of those guys who was "quiet, kept to himself, and bothered no one!"

We have one neighbor who first of all came over and questionned my kids, and then called the cops, because he said a bag of his garbage disappeared before the garbage men came to pick up his garbage.
