1st marriage......I got my engagement ring in December.


2nd marriage......I kind of proposed and that was in June. (years later by the way!!)

Let's see...DH was scheduled for a job interview on July 8th 1985.
Right before he headed for the interview, he called me and said.."If I get this job, we'll get married next month".

So...I guess that was the proposal, and the month was July, lol.

Original plan (I think) was for March 23rd which is between his birthday (the 22nd) and mine (the 24th). I was diagnosed with cancer and had to go in for surgery in early March he moved it up to March 2nd. Didn't wear my ring in the hospital, but I had lots of bridal magazines to read!

That was back in 1990 and we honeymooned at the Grand Floridian!
