Inspired by the Peeps post....do you like any foods stale?

Some people were mentioning that they enjoyed eating stale Peeps. While I do not like Peeps in any ways it got me to thinking about stale foods. I personally think that Bacon Bits (like for on a salad) taste so much better once they have gone stale. What foods do you like to eat after they have gone stale, or past that experation date?

I don't think "stale" is the right word, but I enjoy lasagna much better a day or two after it's made.

I love stale Nabisco "Nilla Wafers". Only that brand though.!!
